Accessing Client Management

Finding the Clients Section

From your dashboard, click on "Clients" in the main navigation menu. This will take you to your client management area.

You can also access clients from the quick actions panel on your dashboard.

The clients page shows all your existing clients in a searchable list format with filtering options.

Use the search bar to quickly find specific clients by name or company.

Required Information

  • Company Name: Legal business name (e.g., "Tech Solutions Inc.")
  • Primary Contact: Main point of contact name
  • Email Address: Primary business email
  • Phone Number: Main contact number

Optional Information

  • Website: Company website URL
  • Industry: Business sector (Technology, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Company Size: Number of employees
  • Address: Business location
  • Notes: Internal notes about the client

Bulk Import from Excel

Importing Multiple Clients

Save time by importing multiple clients at once using our Excel template:

Download Template

  1. 1. Go to Settings → Import Data
  2. 2. Click "Download Client Template"
  3. 3. Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets
  4. 4. Review the sample data and column headers

Upload Process

Important: The system will check for duplicate clients based on email addresses. Existing clients will be updated with new information rather than creating duplicates.
